Found this old story I'd started on my computer- hope I haven't already posted it but if so my apologies...

A happily partnered couple who have been together for a going on 5 years and fallen into very set roles. Both in their 30's Brian being more on the feminine side and painfully thin at 5'8" 130 lbs soaking wet loved getting completely dominated and topped by Ely who?s 5'9" 150 with a fit runner's build easily overpowered his fragile little boyfriend.

Their schedules change due to work and Brian had taken to going to the gay gym they belong religiously each morning before the day begins to take a body shaping class filled with women- where his femmie personality fits right in. Ely sticks to his running routine.

But in Brian?s body sculpting class their is one other man. A frail older guy in his late 60's named Mikey who, like Brian has a girlish physique. The two hit it off and begin challenging one another with kettle ball weights to work out heavier and heavier with the Barb, the female fitness instructor's careful eye on them both. She's a physiqye competitor and takes them both aside when she see's their determination to go over nutrition and body weight goals inspiring the two weaklings to put on some size.

Weeks pass and Brian and Mikey are spending so much time together at the gym and hanging out that Ely has gotten also to get to know Mikey. They're a funny threesome. The 2 fey thin guys talk about the minutia of gym workouts, supplements, new ideas for protein nutrition and the more butch one just kinda listens and pretends to be interested yessing them and sarcastically saying how afraid he is of their great strength. "You guys are making me scared you'll gang up on me with all your big muscles" Ely joked as he flexed his 14 inch bicep at Mikey knowing full well they'd never come close to his size. The two guys just oowed over Ely's natural tone and Mikey asked if he could touch it, which he did- it was hard, too hard for his dainty fingers to even dent. Which made Ely hard- he loved being bigger than these two guys and was so turned on he said "Let's go home and compare our bodies strength & power in bed ladies". The rest was the beginning of the trio's special relationship- a triangle where Ely took top and fucked each one to their moans of passive pleasure.

Barb had her 2 trainees on strict regime of diets and heavier lifting so it wasn't long before all the hard work began to pay off. Fall turned to winter and beneath all the baggy sweaters and heavy clothes Brian and Mikey were literally packing on the pounds. Brian went up to 145 and Mikey was at 143 by early November. They both started getting more into one another's muscular bodies than Ely's which was toned but not as hard. Mikey invited Brian to go away over December with him on a body retreat Barb recommended- he asked Ely but Ely just said "no, you guys need it more than me- good luck getting big, ha ha ha"

Mikey and Brian went to The Muscle Factory resort for what was supposed to be 2 weeks and got into such a crazed frenzy building up their bodies and inspired by the results that Mikey offered to splurge for the special winter season deal and they became full time members for 3 months of hardcore bodybuilding, fitness training and BJJ fight training.

They both literally transformed from 130 pound weaklings to hard fighting testosterone fueled machines by the end of their stay. Brian put on 40 pounds and was now 190 but Mikey was off the hook at 5'9" 210. They could fight bare fisted, mat wrestle like college pros and put on a poser looking like they just walked off a bodybuilding contest stage. And they were in love. The only problem is now they both preferred to be more dominant in the boudoir...and were hungry to come home and see how their new stats stacked up against their third wheel...
