saw your blog and I have to say while you look good your going to have to increase overall muscle size due t your height. my concern is that you will be to light looking considering that you will probably be the tallest person in the contest. even at your current weight which is good by the time you do your last 5 weeks and water drop that your contest weight could be around 245-250 which at your height could make you look to thin when your standing next to guys who are 5-7-5-11 tall and about 235-250 contest weight on stage. I have a client who is 6-6 so I know theses issues very well. granted this is just my opinion as a competitor and as a prep person.

The tall bbers really need their own height class.
It's a pity so many rise in placings because of just what BigJoey described.

It seems like tall bodybuilders are skinny looking compared to the shorter guys until they hit a certain weight range which then they'll look huge.

Yeah but that weight range is 300-350 stage ready!!!!
