The origin of the image is a password protected tumblr account physiqueweb.tumblr.com not searchable on tumblr and not accessible with a tumblr password. As for simply recognizing the model, apologies but I don't.

I see no signs of morphing whatsoever. The body is consistent in shape, including what you can see in the mirror of his legs, there's no visible distortion anywhere in the background, and all of the veins look like they're the right size (none are absurdly thick, as you often see in morphs - a side-effect of the stretching of the data) while simultaneously matching the patterns of the guy on the left (veins aren't mysteriously changed in shape).

The only miniscule thing that could be read as a morphing artifact is between his left index finger and his right wrist, where you can't see the join between the mirrors that is visible elsewhere... but that's just as likely to be a mirror alignment situation, because you can see pretty easily that the mirrors aren't aligned very well, if you look at the top of the image. What's more, you can make out the join running along the edge of his index finger itself, and on his wrist, and they're perfectly lined up with the rest of it - it's just the section between that isn't (it might indicate a bit of touching up to the image because of something they wanted to remove?).

I thought the same at first, but a careful examination makes it clear that they're the same person. The veins have exactly the same pattern (obviously, modified by the changed proportions and different angle, but matching the overall shapes), and the facial features do match (the nose, the mouth, the eyebrows, the hairline, the chin, and the ears). His hair is lighter (but hair colour changes over time), he's a lot bigger (well, obviously), and he has aged in the face (wrinkles on forehead, eyes have developed extra sag in eyelids, and neck has some sag to it, too), but if you look past the changes, you can see that they're the same person.
