Anastrozole Anyone had an experience with this as an anti oestrogen? I've read some forums saying it can cause muscle and joint pains which is exactly what I'm experiencing. Any guidance welcome. I used tamoxifen in the past without a problem, but this seems to be quite different as far as sides are concerned. |

Two issues, you need a little estrogen to make the most of a cycle, a lot of people over compensate for this, then you loose the water you would otherwise retain and your joints ache- you may try a smaller dose-- let your nipples be your guide. Second, you may simply be intolerant to it, 3 days worth and my head feels like I've been hit by a 2x4, so I stick with my nova, I haven't grown udders or gotten milked yet, lol. |

Thanks for this. For the time being I'm stopping the AI and will go back to tamoxifen. I wonder whether I need it at all as I'm only taking 500mg a week split between deca and enanthate |

You could also try Proviron which is a good anti-estrogen and has the added effect of 'hardening the muscles'. |
