Why haven't I seen this movie yet? Not even for the muscle growth. I hear its awesome (albeit cliched as it's a typical teen-coming-of-age movie.)

Got it!

I finally got hold of a copy of this movie and while the live action parts make for a cool 'coming of age teen movie' the animated segments made the thing more fun.

The biggest guy in the film is -obviously 'The Muscle' who I your standard comic book Tank but he's fun to watch mash things.

Brakken is the plant guy- he's the Leader and still quite muscled. Captain Asskicker and Major Screw are the other two members of the team.
