How Long to Wait Before Bulking??

Hi Guys,

I've been getting some conflicting info about diet; so, I thought I'd ask here and see what you can tell me.

I'm just getting to the end of my initial fat loss goal (currently 196 lbs @13.6% BF as of today). Since my goal is to gain muscle mass -- not just lose fat -- I know I've gotta increase my calories to something more than I'm burning everyday. Some people are telling me to find my maintenance intake and wait there 4-8 weeks before starting to bulk, saying it will help limit fat gain later. Others are telling me to go straight into a bulking phase over the next few weeks. I want to get back up to 220-225 before I start cutting again.

What do you guys think I should do??
