Age 28, 6'1" 205# Now

I always post other’s before and after pictures, because I think anytime you can acknowledge your progress, it is very inspiring. Now I guess it’s time for me to post a before and “during” for myself.

These pictures are about 4 years apart. Believe it or not, the left picture is approx 175lbs and the right is 205lbs.

What is it that he's throwing with a pitchfork? Is this in America or Scotland.

Allow me to explain, in many rural parts of England there was a traditional end of harvest carnival (which the church opposed) that had everything from skittles (ancient ten pin bowling) to sheaf tossing. Sheaf (the name given to a large haybale) tossing is where you stick a pitchfork into it and then throw the bale over a bar (in a similar manner to a pole vaulter) only with the added danger of ensuring that you are not under the haybale when it falls back down again.

Am I correct to assume that in competition the haybale is of a certain size and weight then?
