This forum's full title is "The Evolution Forum : Male Muscle Growth". Do you believe the title should be changed to "The Evolution Forum : LEGAL Male Muscle Growth" in order to make clear our views?

I have voted YES as I believe a name change would make it very clear where we stand on the issue of sub legal stories.

I guess my thought is that I don't know of any other similar web site with the word legal in its name. I agree we want only age appropriate stuff here, so perhaps a banner at the top of each forum stating as much.

Also, I'm not an attorney but I'm not sure if written stories, without images, constitute pornogarphy. If that is true, then we can be a bit more open to written material as opposed to images and video. Of course the images and videos are actually posted on other servers, so again I'm not sure what is required to protect the site.

Ultimately I assume that Fexodus has this under control to the extent he believes is required, but again I could be wrong.

Despite my support for restricting child characters from stories and images in the posts, I voted "no" because the suggested forum name is stupid.

The posting of forum rules and more importantly their enforcement by the responsible site administrator, is quite enough.

Sometimes I think people have too much time on their hands and end up worrying about piddling points, like some obsessed gated-community appearance Nazi who goes overboard finding faults.

I voted yes, but not for the suggested title, because "legal" isn't specific. I'd support "Adult male muscle growth", because it serves the dual purpose of showing it's about adults and that it's an erotic site.

I have a suspicion that that?s the point, here. He?s not asking this in good faith because he?s worried anyone might be confused, he?s asking because he wants to pretend that Flexodus is being arbitrary and tyrannical by trying to impose rules... on a site whose hosting Flexodus pays for and whose software Flexodus maintains. This poll is akin to saying that if Flexodus did?t try to enforce those rules, it would be a wise decision to change the name to be ?Male Muscle Growth (Pictures Of Under-18 Boys Welcome)?. Yeah, you can imagine how long it would be before that would get shut down. Maybe all these people who are getting all het up about this could go and set up their own site for the extra material. If this poster is really honest, he could insist they name it ?Sexy Muscle Fantasies and Photographs About Boys Below The Age Of Consent In Some Areas?. Let me know how that one works out for you ? if you can visit websites from prison.

Hi everybody. Whatever the keeper(s) of this site decide, I'll go with it, but wanted to say the following. In my part of the world age of consent is 16. In the US it's 18. It's just numbers to make society function. The thing is however, it is about some point and onwards where sexual acts can generally be considered consensual. And that is the key.

With all the fantasies running wild on this forum, I suspect that as soon as stories deviate into a direction of non-consensual activities (rather regardless of age) this is seen as major no no.

I always find it funny to read a story about a horny sexual teenager of 17 years and 364 days, to wait until midnight to be magically changed into an 18 year old to act on those urges he had been having for half a decade.

And with imagination any barrier is likely circumvented (e.g. aliens, clones, there are plenty resourceful people here) but the bottom line is always that of consensual (male/muscle) activities.

Hm, having looked around other than the media and stories part of this site, I feel a bit na?eve. I seriously had no idea that underage material or activities by those who are underage had become worrisome. I just like big shiny muscles, mostly when it had time to grow/mature a bit. Just wanted to make that clear.

I wish I could help the keeper(s) of this site, from shutting it down, for I really enjoy this place as a haven away from the mundane world that balks at my fascination with men with some serious muscle.

But if the worst will happen, I at least want to thank those who made this place possible. I sincerely hope this site will live to see another day!

I will miss this site. It has always inspired me to get as big and strong as I naturally can be.
