Getting ripped for the summer Hello everybody, Summer is finally here! Time to get off the fat. The best tip to get ripped very quick is to do cardio first thing in the morning (a.k.a before you have breakfast). As you have been sleeping your body lacks from carbs, and so, I would have to use the fat for the morning jog. I will post pics to show my "leaning down" as soon as I can get the battery for my digital camera. Diego __________________ Diego |
