Muscle Growth Over 2 years To see more visit my official acting website 7 years ago I recieved a bad nerve injury, this has finally repaired and here are the photos from 1.5 years ago and a couple weeks back. 7 Years Ago - Before The Nerve Injury 18 Months Ago Double Bicep 2 Weeks Ago Double Bicep 18 Months Ago - Standing Relaxed 2 Weeks Ago - Standing Relaxed 18 Months Ago Side Chest 2 Weeks Ago Most Muscular It's now about 7 years since I first had my nerve injury, I am almost completely recovered - what a crap time it has been and a major setback in my life. Just remember though with will and perseverence you can overcome almost everything. I believe I am as big now as I was before the injury: Lat Spread 2000 (pre injury) Lat Spread 2007 (now) But you'd think after 7 years I would have learned not to pull faces when I flex. Nice recovery, I remember seeing your website a year or two ago. I didn't realize your injury was so severe. __________________ -ottomun6- It's time to stop sitting on the sidelines and get in there! |

If these pix are any indication, you're looking quite a bit better now than you did seven years ago, darlin'. You're leaner, harder, and better proportioned. Congrats on your recuperation and the tremendous hard work that went into it! xoxo Richard |
