| Thanks! Warning: Objects in mirror are smaller than they appear.  They are only about 15 1/2 inches and that's if I'm flexing with all that I'm worth! I've been working on getting leaner this summer. Dropped about 13 pounds in 12 weeks (from 188 to 175). Would like to drop a few more so I plan to keep up my current program through October.
