I don't think it looks morphed. Everything seems to have the same proportions as other pics of him except the crotch, so my guess is if anything is fake, he just stuffed a sock in his pants. Also, there aren't those telltale signs of distortion, at least not that I can see.

Yeah, it does look odd most likely due to a flash being used when the photo was taken or the light source being from directly in front of him when the picture was shot. In any case that is bodybuilder Steve Rudig a.k.a. Luke Garrett from COLT.
