Airplane Muscle

I saw this hot guy in the Buffalo airport Friday morning as I was standing in the security line. A bit shorter than I am, wearing a well-tailored Hawaiian-type shirt and a pair of equally well-tailored white linen shorts. They did nothing to hide his powerfully muscled neck, ham-like forearms (covered in pencil-thick veins) and equally impressive quads and calves. Didn't hurt that he had short, medium-brown hair, sideburns, and chiseled good looks.

"Woof," I thought to myself, followed by "Yikes!" when I got on the plane and realized I'd be sitting RIGHT NEXT TO HIM!

The flight from Buffalo to Detroit is only an hour and it was early in the morning, so I just eyed him from time to time while he tried (unsuccessfully) to snooze. It wasn't long, though, before we started making our descent, he was thoroughly awake, and I turned to him and asked:

"Do you compete?"

He looked slightly taken aback, then said, "Well, yeah, in fact, I do. Do you follow the sport?"

And we went on from there. Turns out that he placed third in his weight-class (light-heavies) at the Nationals in Chicago and in 2000 he was the Teen USA winner. He has his own fitness studio / training business in Williamsville (a tony suburb of Buffalo), as well as a joint bachelor's / master's degree in exercise/physiology and nutrtion from SUNY Buffalo.

A great guy, in other words, and, well, gee, just totally damned gorgeous. (At 5'8 he's currently 240 in offseason shape, if you can call THAT kind of shape offseason!)

Take a look sometime when you have a chance:

Read the Autobiography section of that page. It's amazing the amount of pain, both physical and emotional that man has gone through.

I may have seen him at the Gold's I belong to. Definitely not a regular, but his face looks familiar. Tough to forget a handsome man like that. I'll be on the lookout in case I see him again. Thanks for the link.

Uh, re-read the original post, darlin'.

He was sitting next to me on a flight from Buffalo to Detroit FRIDAY morning, so unless he's committed suicide since then your information is mistaken.

xoxo

Sex on airplanes is fun, and I wouldn't mind inducting him into the mile high club
