need help on abs

hmmmm ok i been working and excersizing for a long time. My legs, arms, chest, and ass are good, but i cant do anything about my stomach. i been doing yoga, pulates, and stomach crunches. Yet i can only get the stomach to go down only so far and never get the stubborn belly fat to leave.

any one got any ideas of how to get rid of extremely sutbborn belly fat?

Getting abs is not a matter of exercise, but a matter of diet.

Abs are endurance muscles (type I). They'll never get huge. As a result, the way to see abs is not by making them bigger, but by removing the fat layer on top of them.

This is not to say to quit doing sit-ups. You can, of course, increase size and definition by doing ab exercises. But, ultimately, you've got to cut to get abs.
