I have started a new eercise program, devised by my personal trainer. I started at 17.5 pounds in each hand for the flat bench dumbell press and am now up to 25 pounds after 3 weeks. Incline bench: 15 to 22.5. Hammer curls: 12.5 to 22.5 Back rows: 45 to 60 pounds (each hand). That is all I have for now. Someone do me a favour and respond to the Andrew stories in the story section: comments, and suggestions for improvements would be appreciated.
