my plumber the hunk Today I stayed home from work to wait for the plumber to fix a problem with the hot water heater. My partner, S., told me that the plumber's initial fix yesterday failed, so he's coming back today to replace a controller/device on the water heater. S. said that although we still don't have hot water at home, the plumber is a cute hunky guy who's well worth the wait. The plumber's last name, P., happened to be the same as a California bodybuilder who appeared in the old bodybuilding TV show, American Muscle--for some reason I remembered that piece of trivia. When the plumber showed up today, he wore a long-sleeve t-shirt and denim work pants that covered his body. I still could see that he had a nice chest, a small waist and a great butt. While he was supervising an apprentice he brought along, I had a chance to talk with him. When I asked if he competed in bodybuilding, he told me that he stopped in the early nineties after he wasn't willing to match the drug use of his competition. I told him that I recognized his name from an episode of American Muscle long ago. He told me that he wanted to turn pro, but he wasn't willing to compete due to the cost of drugs and the danger to his health. The $2000/competition preparation he spent at that time didn't compare to the $2000-$3000/month that his competitors spent. His dosages also were a fraction of theirs, e.g., 1-2 IUs/day of GH vs. 18 IUs/day for some of the professionals. He admitted using insulin with his stacks but not at the same level as some of the others; one of whom, according to him, hired someone to wake him up every two hours to eat something to avoid adverse complications with his insulin dosage. He believes that his former (I wonder if he still uses it a little?) GH usage keeps his metabolism high because he admittedly eats garbage junk food without any concerns about getting fat; keep in mind he's about 39 years old. When I asked him if he ever considered competing again, he replied he doesn't want to put himself in a situation where he's compelled to win at all costs. Too bad it was a cool, cloudy day at home. I would have loved to see him in a light t-shirt clinging tightly to his sweat-soaked body. Maybe next summer I can have him replace my environmentally unfriendly water softener or add a heat-on-demand water heater. <drool> traveller |

Ooh, a mystery! I'll have to see if I can figure out who he is. And while it's sad that he isn't competing anymore I think it's great that he chose his health over winning and still looks great because of it! |

Its only as rude as they make it but I've heard there are certain rules governing this. Rules of privacy don't apply to public spaces such as parks and the bus but otherwise you should respect people's image in places like homes or restaurants. |
