Cena vs Mark Henry of course this fake and choreographed like all things WWE, but check out John Cena beat 400lbs Mark Henry in arm wrestling match. |

Damn! I can't believe Cena was able to lift that guy and then throw him to the mat. John's a strong dude. I wish he had arm wrestled without a shirt. I would have loved seeing that bicep flexed. |

While WWE-style wrestling is indeed fake (in that it is scripted and choreographed) I don't think anyone can deny that it is still a serious activity for those who compete. John Cena (my personal fave, so I cannot believe I'm about the say this) isn't actually a spectacular wrestler but pound-for-pound he is one of the strongest guys out there! His origin is in weight training and bodybuilding, and as a result he can actually lift guys heavier than himself which is a lot more than can be said for the guys he is lifting! So many WWE fans assume the bigger the wrestler appears the stronger he is, but most of them are actually quit flabby when you get right down to it. Besides, I assume with his looks and body Cena will follow in the path of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and segue his career into the cinema... he already has two movies under his belt, albeit corny McMahonesque scripts. |

pressing a person over head requires strength for sure, but it's as much a skill and technique, and those guys in WWE practice it alot , so yeah they get good at it. in that clip tho, Cena doesn't actually press Henry OH, just throws him across the shoulder and carry, which is not so hard even a person much heavier than yourself. But agreed, Cena is a BEAST |
