Chest Workouts: What can they do for and to a Man Workouts "make the man" -- or DO they? Chest Workouts: What can they do for and to a Man By Mdlftr You and your training partner are working chest. He runs his hands over your pecs. ?Coming along, here. Let?s do a few more sets of flat barbell presses, just to finish up the pump, then we?ll do some upper chest work.? He steps back, and slaps the uprights. You reach up for the barbell, achieve lift off, and bring it down to your nipple line. With an effort, you push off, and smoothly lift back up to the start. One rep..two?become six?seven...eight! You rack the weight, still under perfect control and drop your arms back. He leans in, eyeing your pecs. ?O.k., good set. One more of flat bench, and then we?ll go to inclines.? He watches your last set of flat benches, urges you on, ?Two more reps! That?s it?c?mon, PUSH!? Exhausted, you rack the weight, and he leans in, grinning. ?Good set! You?re gonna be growing! You?re gonna like what that does for you!? He laughs and cups his own pecs, thrusting large and heavy from his chest. He?s got the kind of build you?ve always admired: medium height, thick and wide, with a small, tight waist balanced by wide shoulders set off by thick, heavy, full pecs. You eye his chest hungrily. You want his build, his muscle. If you could change places with him and get his build, his thickly muscled body, you would. He knows how you feel. He looks sideways at you looking at him. He slyly stretches, arching his back to make his massive pectorals thrust out even further, while he splays his square hands across the thickness of his pecs. Tantalizingly, he trails his thick, muscular fingers across his pecs, gently caressing the nipples, cupping the fullness on the underside as he slowly pulls his massive arms back, doing a sort of ?air? rowing motion. This beautifully showcases his impossibly wide lats and tiny waist. His rounded biceps bulge against his thick forearms. It makes you breathless just watching it. He is the man you want to be, big, muscled, cocky and confident. He chuckles, finally, turning to look at you. ?You like this, don?t you?? He comes over, crowding your space. ?You want muscle like this, big, full, manly muscle?? Suiting his actions to the word, he straddles the bench where you are still lying, whips off his sweaty t-shirt, and leans over to look you in the eye. Your noses are inches apart. You can feel his warm breath upon you face. But most of all, you can feel his big, warm, heavy pecs pushing up against your chest. He smiles and leans in closer, pushing his thick solid pecs into your freshly pumped, hot chest. You can feel the heat, radiating from him and you together. It is intimate, exciting, sexy. You feel your cock begin to stir. His is already hard, lying hard and hot along his lower abs. He smile broadens as he leans harder into you. You gasp, then flex your chest against his. He flexes back, his thick wall of muscle pushing the length of your chest. Like a centurion?s body armor, like a Greek god, a big, full, sculpted chest has always represented for you the epitome of masculine perfection, of strength and virility. Big arms, shoulders and legs are good too, but a big chest is paramount. You?ve always wanted one, ever since you can remember, but something has always held you back--- your insecurities, your self-limiting doubts and fears of what it takes to get that much muscle, of what it says about you, your priorities and your needs. With the training partner you now have, all that is overcome. He and you are committed to working your chests, to getting BIG. No doubts, no excuses. He keeps you stoked and committed to the idea of being and becoming, a big-chested bodybuilder. He brings in pictures from the Net of huge chested men: Ahnuld, Big Lou, Franco Santoriello. He also brings in the progress pictures ? those blogs and postings that show guys growing to muscular immensity?whether it?s the pros like Andreas Frey (who documented his gain of over 90 pounds of massive muscle over a decade) or the amazing amateurs on You Tube, like that CCroft guy in NZ, who filmed himself gaining 65 pounds in barely a year---and he?s still growing, still posting! ?It?s all grist for the mill, all inspiration. As training partners go, he?s good. Even though he knows how to motivate and push you over the sexy body parts, he also keeps track of your whole body. He knows you need balance, so he has you working legs. Your ass has never been so sore as it was those first five weeks of working with him. Squats, lunges, leg presses. You did them two days a week, with three days? rest, then back to legs again. You didn?t even get to arms as a separate workout for two months. He insisted you didn?t need a separate arm workout ? your back and chest workouts would take care of that nicely. And he was right?your arms became full, pumped, swelling up with muscle, even though you hadn?t done a bicep curl or a triceps press down in weeks. Your ass grew ? your shorts fit tighter around your hips as your glutes swelled out and up. You weren?t sure about this?is a big ass an asset? He chuckled, slapped you on the back and assured you that all this legwork was paying off in dividends you hadn?t even seen yet. He had you focus on your quads, on feeling the pump and the swell in your hamstrings after squats and lunges. You got to like the feeling of the pump, the numbness that set in right after a heavy set, before you tried to walk. Your stance shifted. It had too. Your legs were so sore; you couldn?t move ?em fast. He?d smile, knowingly. Pretty soon you can?t walk in your old way. You have to swing your legs around each other; they?re so pumped and heavy. He complimented you on your ?Batista waddle? after a certain pro with enormous legs. You chuckled ruefully, as you painfully navigated across the gym. The ?waddle? became second nature, as did the feel of your heavy, pumped ass. You gained weight, and are continuing to do so. He has you eating 5 times a day, small meals, heavy on protein, with the right mix of carbs and fat. You don?t care about the taste, you?re just hungry! You shovel it in--- chicken breasts, rice, steamed veggies, by the plateful. It seems like you?re always hungry. In addition to the solid food, you?re sucking down protein drinks every couple of hours. You?re taking in somewhere between 4 to 5,000 calories a day! And it?s all going to mass?clean, fat free muscle mass. It?s your legs, your thighs, and your ass. It?s your shoulders, the backs of your arms, your chest. All those places you never really noticed before are thickening up. It?s muscle. You are slowly turning into a thick, trim muscle man. You notice your chest one day in the mirror?you see a set of heavy, full, sexy pecs with a firm, rounded edge swelling out over thick abs. Whoa! Is that you? You stop and look in the mirror to check it out. Yes, it IS you. It?s hard to believe, but those heavy, full pecs are yours! You flex, and watch the ripples in those sexy pecs ? up and down as you flex ?em, casually. Striations pop out as you squeeze ?em in the middle, mimicking the action of cable crossovers. They smooth out as you put your arms behind your back, then crunch down on the pecs. They pop out, full, smooth and rounded, jutting out over your abs. Just then you see a pair of broad, calloused hands come around the sides and cup those pecs. Your training partner has come up behind you and wrapped his arms around your torso and is squeezing your pecs. ?Yeah, that?s it, flex those babies,? he hisses in your ear as he wraps his thick fingers around your pecs and squeezes, ?Fight me, c?mon flex ?em!? He alternately cups and squeezes your pecs, followed by quick pinches of your nipples. You squeeze back. He has your arms pinned behind your back, between his chest and your back. You can only flex and squeeze your pecs, since your arms are out of the picture. ?Yeah, you?re getting big,? he whispers in your ears, as he strokes and cups your pecs. ?Big and full, thick and heavy,? here he cups them and pushes up, testing the weight and mass of your chest muscle. ?Pretty soon you?ll need a bra for these tits,? he laughs and slaps them lightly. ?You?d like that, wouldn?t you, ? he hisses in your ear, as you squirm, helpless and turned on. ?You?re getting so big you?ll tip over,? he chuckles. ?But you?ve got this to balance you out,? he removes one hand from your pecs and reaches down and digs into your ass, pert and bulging. You jump, thrusting your hips forward at the unexpected contact. ?You?ve got a nice, plump bubble butt, all full and rounded.? He simultaneously digs one hand into your swollen pecs as he cups and squeezes and digs into your butt with the other. He really digs in, his strong fingers poking, prodding and massaging your sore glutes. It feels sexy, scary, soothing. He knows just where to apply the pressure, since he knows where you?re sore and where it feels good. The massage lasts for several minutes as he alternately squeezes and strokes your ass and chest. You squirm and struggle, seeking to escape, but he is relentless. He is too strong for you right now. ?That?s it baby, fight me. Flex those tits and that cute ass of yours. Show me what you?ve got, what you?ve built.? He hisses in your ear. ?You?re just a big chested, big assed tease, you know that?? he smirks, as he viciously twists your nipples, which are already swollen and tender from his ministrations. ?What are we going to do with you?? He says to you fondly, looking you in the eye in the mirror. You look up, flushed, pecs red and swollen from the massage and pumping, straining against his arms. ?Bigger,? you growl, locking eyes with him in the mirror. ?I want to be bigger, stronger.? He stares back, amused, a smile growing on his face. ?Yeah?? he says. ?What are you gonna do, boy?? as he relaxes his hold, confident in his control of the situation. ?Let?s hit the gym, build you some muscle.? He drapes one heavy arm around your neck and leads you to the weights. You follow, half resisting, half hurrying, like a little kid. Damn but this turns you on! And repels you at the same time. How can you let this guy lead you around? You?ll show him! So you go and have a great workout, pushing past your old limits. He chuckles softly, urging, prodding, and teasing you. ?You?re my pec boy,? he says. ?Big ole tits,? here he reaches out and squeezes your pec between his thick fingers. ?And big old ass!? here he slaps you, hard, on your butt. It stings, but not as much as your pride. This goes on for months. Then, one day after you?ve pushed 380 for 5 reps, and you?re really stoked, breathing hard and flexing in front of the mirror, he comes up behind you and does his usual trick?wrapping his thick arms around your torso and manhandling your pumped pecs. Something?s different this time, though. You?re bigger, for one thing, broader. He has a harder time wrapping his arms around you. Your big ole muscle butt is thrusting right out there, making it hard to him to press up against your back, unless he shoves himself right up against you. It?s awkward for him, since your ass pushes him back, making him lean forward as he reaches to grab you around the torso. Instead of grabbing you up high, near your armpits, he?s forced to grab around the bottom of your lats, which are slick with sweat. He scrabbles for purchase, trying to grab onto your pecs and squeeze. He?s off balance. This is what you?ve been waiting for. You flex your chest and throw off his arm, twisting your torso and bringing your arms from behind your back. In a moment, it seems, your positions are reversed. You have him in a headlock, with your thick arm across his throat, while his arms are trapped behind his back and you have a firm grasp of one of his hard buttocks with the other. You shove him into the mirror, dominating, thrusting. ?This,? you hiss in his ear, as you drive him into the mirror, while simultaneously squeezing his ass and pinching his nipples, ?This is what I?ve been talking about, you big-titted tease! I?m gonna show you who?s in charge!? He gasps in surprise and pain, as you bore in. You?re turned the tables so completely that he hasn?t had time to react. You dominate so thoroughly that he can?t put up any resistance. In seconds, he?s moaning and thrashing as you alternately cup and squeeze, stroking and pressing. You hiss in his ear what he?s going to do, the exercises he going to do to get bigger, fuller pecs and glutes. You don?t want him necessarily stronger, just bigger, fuller, and more disproportionate. You are the strong one now. You are the one with the size and the strength. He?s going to be the bimbo, the one with the ?tits and ass? to show off. You tell him, as he weakly struggles against you, his resistance dropping as he gets more and more turned on, until finally he drops his head as he shoots his load in his shorts. Yes, he will do it. He will do the pumping and flushing exercises designed to build size, without corresponding strength increases. Oh, he?ll still be strong, but not as strong as you. He?ll be the mass model, the sexy, chesty ?pec boy? with the hourglass figure: big chest and big butt, with amply striated arms. He whimpers, but you know he really wants this?why else has he been pushing you all these months? He WANTS to be dominated. You press on with your demands: He?ll have no body hair, except for some around his pubes and the mustache on his face. You like the contrast of his massive, full pecs surrounded by nothing but skin. His dark areolas set off his full pecs perfectly. His nipples are stiff and perky, but not overly large. His butt is full and rounded, flowing into his heavy thighs. Full squats, done through a full range of motion, bring out more of his curves. Careful adjustments to his diet, with a bit of extra calories, result in a thin layer of extra padding, which settles nicely over his butt, bringing it up to bubble shape. His pecs also, gain extra fullness on the top. He is a perfect hourglass shape: Full, rounded, massive pecs, a trim waist and a large, rounded bubble butt. He?s strong and shapely, but not as strong as you. You are bigger and more striated, with more planes and edges to your muscles. You are obviously the dominant one, the alpha. You make quite a striking couple, as you work out in the gym. The two of you are the perfect illustration of what chest workouts can do for and to, a man.
