Fat burners

Anyone tried any fat burners?

Do they work? Are they worth it?

I used Hydroxycut back in February... 2 courses of it. I also used the one month workout routine http://www.hydroxycut.com/EMAIL/PROM...orkoutPlan.pdf on their site http://www.hydroxycut.com/MEN/HOME/index.shtml

I think it all worked pretty well. I think it got my fat loss kick-started. I was pretty diligent about following the routine. I may go back to it for my winter routine.

Exercises like swimming, morning walk and riding bicycle is the best way to lose weight and to live a healthy life. I agree that there are many types of fatburners available. but few of them are really working.

since ephedrine got banned, fat burners are mostly caffeine, which can be bought separately for really cheap.

Yes i had tried one. It really helped me a bit to reduce my extra body fat. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that before going for any of the fat burner it's better you check the reviews and the ingredients of the product.

I've never tried fat burners because I think that excess use of using any fat burner can cause side effects to the body if you don't do regular exercise so avoid using it.

I agree. Watching your calorie count is the best way there is to burn fats.. lol

But lemon juice is said to be great at burning fats if taken in luke warm water. Also I've heard that green tea does the same for you.

I agree with you, lemon juice and green tea are best fat burner. The way you start your day is so important for you whether you are student,business,yoga trainer or athlete. Start your morning with a hot mug of water with half lemon juice. This is really effective for health and fitness.It boosts your immune and controls blood pressure. It is amazing for burning fats.
