The cop was bending the bars on jail cells to get to the inmates. the other cops tried to take him but were drained as soon as they touched him. lex watched from a back door. he saw the ring on the cop's finger. the cop had just tore off the bars of the cell where two guys were....screaming. the cop tackled them and held them in his now massive arms. he felt the drain of strenght going into him as his cop clothes were bursting at the seams. the power drain was so great that lex could see a yellowish glow coming from the men into the cop. he got up and tore off his shirt showing his hairy chest and abs. he growled like a bear. the jail cells were all barless with dead or half -dead men inside them. the cops that got away were ready outside with guns. his chest going in and out very fast as the power was all over him and he had to out. he ran toward the back door as lex's eyes got big. the next thing lex knew he was under the door as the cop had ran into it and out. lex got up slowly. "DAMN!!!......i need to get back to superman" he said as the guns went off and he saw the cop fall. "the ring" lex saw the cops go to the body. they kicked the cops body over as lex saw the ring come off and roll into the road. lex made his way to it, when he got there he saw a teenager pick it up. "hey mike...what did you find??" his friend asked. the two teens looking at the ring. lex rolled his eyes. ducting into another of his secret tunnels.

Superman saw lex come back. he took the blood sample and mixed it with kyptonite. looking at the sample under the microscope he saw the platlets were turning black. "nothing new to know that kyptonite destroys him" lex thought for a moment. "superman ....you will have a guest very soon" superman rattled the chains. "what are you up to luthor" lex stood up. "i have to go and find a teen that i think will like what he sees" he left.
Mike had the ring on. it was glowing red. his friend laid at his feet. he knew he felt better than ever before. "i need more strenght"
lex came out of the tunnel and saw that the teens had not got far. the cops were to busy to see that the parasite ring was already causing another to turn into a monster. lex came up behind mike and covered his head with a leather mask. he quickly wrapped the kpytonite around mike. "this will control your urges" he led mike into the tunnel and back to the lab to meet superman.
Lex took off the mask and the chain...mike was a little dazed. he heard the chains rattle and he felt the pleasure of the strenght drain start. lex moved back. mike was pulled toward superman. it was like pure power going into his body. his teen frame soon turned into a man of iron as the super strenght was pulled into him. superman felt it too. the draining went on without stopping as mike got bigger and stronger. his arms filled out fast into 30 .....40 inchers and his chest got so big he could barely breathe. he was massive as his heart pounded with the new strenght. he stepped back..."i must get away from you or i will explode" he tried but his urge for more was unreal. his chest now 50....60....70 inches around. his breathing was getting harder. he tried to get away but his body was now to big....filled with muscles.....and then he was killed by those muscles as his airway was cut off by his huge neck. he fell dead as lex smiled. superman was already gaining his strenght back. lex pulled the ring of Zar off the big teen. "finally...mine" he put it on his finger. waited. nothing. it didnt glow...it did nothing. the boy appeared that had taken it before to hide it. "evil does not want you to have what you seek" the ring disappeared from luthor and into the hand of the boy.
"the ring will return to Zar" lex begged him to tell of how it works. the boy laughed. pointing his finger toward superman the cage disappeared. superman was free. "take care of him" superman flew to lex. "NO....NO" superman thanked the boy from Zar as he took lex back to prison.

The mother of the 11 year old boy had cried so much she had no more to cry. she went outside to watch the stars. something hit her. a newspaper!!! she looked around....Paul smiled at her as they hugged. "where have you been??" paul said "watching lex make a fool of himself" she looked puzzled. "who?" paul hugged her again as the ring around his neck glowed in the night.
