you can grow HUGE it takes time
When I was 18yo I was 6'3" 150lbs talk about a bean pole
I started training and eating and I wanted to get huge at 20yo I was up to 200lbs at 24yo I was up to 225lbs at 30yo I was up to 235lbs at 40yo I was up to 250lbs at 45yo I was up to 265lbs at 47yo I was up to 275lbs at 48yo I am now 280lbs and growing bigger now at 48 I am 280lbs and vascular and rock hard most just say I am huge. So guys it can take time to all mass but most think am 35 so building your body is a life long pursute. not just a year or 2. I am working on still getting bigger and more defined. would love to hit 290 and be even more defined and vasculare. I have a arm flexing video of myself where you can see what vascular 20" arms are like. Keep up the good work guys and one day you will be huge too |

Great point, Musmirflx....Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was an awesome body like yours. <g>
Notice on the progress list, everyone.....after the growth spurt years (up to age 24), the fastest has been 5 lbs/year. Break that down even further, and it's less than half a pound a month. We all want the instantaneous gain, but yours is far more realistic and a great example that time and consistency are the keys to building a great body. |

All of which means
"When I was 18yo I was 6'3" 150lbs talk about a bean pole
I started training and eating and I wanted to get huge at 20yo I was up to 200lbs at 24yo I was up to 225lbs at 30yo I was up to 235lbs at 40yo I was up to 250lbs at 45yo I was up to 265lbs at 47yo I was up to 275lbs at 48yo I am now 280lbs and growing bigger" That by 50, you should weigh 290lbs and break 300 by the time you are 52. Now that's what I call master bodybuilding material! |

Thank you for the encouragement. Sometimes it seems like it takes so long to see results, that it can be discouraging. The ads we see in magazines where people supposedly get huge in a few months don't help either. Since I've never seen that happen to anyone in real life... Thank you for pointing out that you can do well if you keep your eyes on the prize, and stay in the gym.
