| you don't have to be a bodybuilder to have big muscle and be strong. I like the strongman or powerlifter type of build...and there's some of that on here. Don't hate, appreciate. *corny thumbs up* |

| Actually, CaeJr probably has the best set of Frank McGrath vids on YouTube; "best" in the sense of completeness and without the bells & whistles and repetition of some of the others (Frank is a popular subject, apparently.) His YouTube profile: http://uk.youtube.com/user/CaeJr He has a LOT of vids. The Frank ones start on about page 2 of his collection (posted September 2007?)
