Started working out, strange result. It's been about 2 months, and I've been working out with freeweights and a benchpress at home (I hate the gym.). I noticed that working out made my appetite increase, and so did my waist. Though I've lost fat from my arms, chest, and legs my waist size has increased from 32 to a 34 (33 on a good day.). I'm up from 180 to 192. I can't say I mind it though, like I've said dozens of times now, I like a bodybuilder with a gut. Who knows, if I keep on bodybuilding, maybe I'll keep belly building as well... unless it starts to interfere with important stuff. |

Getting bigger Sounds like you aren't messing around JMH, I'd bet you'll be over 200 lbs by June. A bigger waistline can still be good if the chest-back-shoulders are powerful looking enough to balance it.
