Practical limits and growing muscle I've been thinking recently, as I've gone through some web sites and photos of bodybuilders over the years and ads at different sites, about what the next few years might hold for musclebuilding. Certainly, genetics plays a part in how much muscle mass one can add, but diet, workouts and supplements play a part and all have been changing the past couple of decades. It seems just in the past ten years that guys seems to be getting bigger in the upper ranges. There's one member here I've seen that's close to or right at 400 lbs. You think anyone will get to 500 lbs of muscle? |
