Update Excellent progress, Megamuscle! Your arms, chest, legs, and back all look so much bigger and thicker. Thanks for giving us an update. My only suggestion would be to keep increasing your weights--but maintain your good form. Your size & thickness will continue to progress. I'm looking forward to your next update---when you've gained another 30lbs with comparable increases in size! |

Thanks guys! I've been eating everything in sight, lifting heavy, and trying to get as much rest as possible. I'm on Cytogainer 3 times/day and taking creatine to help me along. I've officially outgrown M shirts and underwear - I'm a full blown L now. I've also outgrown my 34" waist jeans. My waist has gotten a tad bigger while ass has grown A LOT. I actually managed to split a pair of 34" jeans last night when I bent over (they were REALLY tight). I was cleaning house yesterday and got rid of 19 shirts, 3 pairs of jeans, and 4 pairs of shorts. I kept a couple pieces of clothing just to try and fit into later. At this point, I'm putting on 2 lbs/week or so. I'm gonna try and keep it up here. I might cut down for Spring Break - I haven't decided yet. Maybe I'll throw a poll up and find out what you guys think at the end of the month. Thanks for the all the words of encouragement! |

Great going, dude. I know it's more difficult for tall guys like yourself to put on size, so it's been amazing seeing you grow at the pace you're at. |

One of the things that people really don't appreciate until they actually start doing it and seeing results is 1. How much of a difference consistent workouts and consistent rest help, AND 2. How you really have to "step up" the food intake to feed those growing muscles! Good on you! Mdlftr |

MOTIVATION PROBLEM!! I had a nasty stomach flu last week and lost 5-6 pounds. I was just out in the gym and had no motivation whatsoever to tackle the weights like I used to. Can anyone give me some good motivation to get in there and tackle the weights? On another (somewhat related) note, I'm wondering if/when I should cut. I'm thinkin my obliques need work - any fat I have gained seems to have collected there. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks!!! |

Get your ass back to the gym. Your progress so far has been awesome. Those 5-6 pounds you lost are not going to matter because that is mostly water. The muscle fibers in your muscles don't disappear in a short term period, but if you don't hit them soon they will. If you work it hard now anything lost will be back by the end of the week as your cells recover. If you don't it will be a slow slide into regret. We all want to see you succeed, but more importantly don't let yourself down. I wouldn't worry about any fat problems at the moment. I think you should worry about that when your are not coming out of a down week. |

I'm back on track and weighing 235. Finally kicked the effects of that damn stomach virus - took a week or 2 to fully kick it out. I told myself when my waist reached 36" I'd cut down - and that day has come. I'll post some pics in a couple weeks to let everyone know how its going. |

Took some new measurements and pictures today. I'm torn between bulking more or toning. I'd like to know what everyone thinks.
