In Memoriam Heath Ledger Today I learned that Heath Ledger (the gay cow-boy in the movie Brokeback Mountain) has be found on January 22th dead in his appartment. Apparently he was under too much mediatic pressure and he could have died from an overdose. An investigation is currently going. This has nothing to do with muscle, but this thread still is a little hommage to a very talented actor, sexy guy, and dad of a 2yo girl (he had her with his ex-wife Michelle Williams). Requiescat in Pace (Rest in Peace). __________________ Thufir Hawat aka Sam |

Yeah, it stunned me. I was channel surfing and happened to see his pic on CNN with "Breaking News" caption. It felt like ten minutes before some finally recapped and said that he was dead. They kept yaking about his career and finally said something about the overdose. It kind of hurt to hear to hear it. He was a great actor. And for most people he was a great guy to boot. __________________ -ottomun6- It's time to stop sitting on the sidelines and get in there! |

Tragic, heartbreaking loss to all who were his fans, not to mention those in his family. The only thing that makes this at all better is the body of work he leaves behind. None who saw Brokeback Mountain will ever forget him. Heath Ledger elevated the quality of each movie he appeared in. We can at least look forward to his portrayal of the Joker in the next Batman.
