Ryan Seacrest gets teased a lot for being the King (Queen?) of the Metrosexuals. But he sure has a really nice arm:

I can't help you with the format, LittleArm, but I agree with you on Ryan's gun. For a thin guy, that arm is pretty rockin'. Thanks for sharing.

Skinny doesn't always mean, "muscleless". Besides, there's no rule here that says every picture we talk about has to have a huge man/men in it.

Hmm... fit men, that would be a nice thread in the Photos section. Not hute bb'er-esque men, or models with picture perfect bodies...just...average Joe muscle you could say.

I thought the same thing when I was watching American Idol last week.
Actually, is it just me or did he put on some muscle since last season, because I remembered him being skinnier.

To the regular guy it would be a respectable arm, but to those of the Muscle Growth persuasion it is downright skinny! And I bet that woman he was armwrstling probably kicked his ass!
