An appeal for those with a scientific bent Over the past 48 hours I have been asked at All Experts.com, what is in effect the same question in both the bodybuilding and astronomy section. The question reads: "Is it true that during a lunar eclipse, people get stronger?" and "I've been told that if I train during the lunar eclipse on the night of the 20th February, I'll be able to bench 25% more than usual. Is this true?" Now, I believe (and have said) this is a load of bunkem, and yet when Googling I did come across a reference to a similar claim back in 1942 (but there did not appear to be any conclusive proof one way or the other". Therefore, I've decided to take the bull by the horn and test this theory. If you would like to help with this research could you please e-mail or PM me with the subject "Test Subject Volunteer" and I will reply by 7.00pm EST / 4.00pm PST this afternoon __________________ The stronger they are, the more muscled they are |
