 Quick question What's with the Rep Power display with the username in each post? Is it part of the new look or what?     |

| Rep power is actually quite common on forums. It is a rather simple system actually. Rep is gained or lost based on how you act on the forums; it is given by members of a forum, whether it's good or bad. If you go under 0 though, your "Rep Bar" (don't know if it has a name) will turn red, somewhat making you seem like a worse member, if it's 0 or above, it will stay green.
