The Fit Expo

went to my first fitness and bodybuilding expo here in los angeles today and just had to share the experience with you all. it was held at the l.a. convention center in one big room. when you first walk in it looks under filled but there were several audience areas so it wasn't that bad. of course i got lots of samples, brochures and t-shirts, saw plenty of pros and so much muscle that it all became a blur.

the high lights:
iron man pro weigh-in. wow. didn't catch everyone but the real standout was a young handsome spaniard who spoke next to no english. he weighed in at 260 i think and when asked to show a little skin exposed one of the biggest calves the audience had ever seen.

huge trey brewer at the bsn table and flex lewis at another (only saw him briefly as we were leaving.

there were a few guys that stood out of the crowd, but the one that is probably most worth mentioning was some asian dude with no butt - which is usually a deal breaker for me no matter how muscular he is. anyway, i noticed him a few times and really wasn't that interested until i look up to see his crotch behind the booth i was at and low and behold he was so big everything was just swinging this way and that!

sagi kalev has some of the most beautiful eyes on a person, male or female that i have ever seen. he was pretty small though, but nice.

the biggest moment though was getting to take a picture with lee priest!!! i wasn't nervous but my hart was racing a mile a minute while i stood there holding his hand. too bad the pic was taken on my low res cell. oh, and his arms are HEEUUUGE!!

Awesome... so what do we have to do to see some pics? Sacrifices to the muscle gods? :P Oh wait, we already do that with blood and sweat.

So obviously, the reports of Lee's suicide attempt were false then
