Red face looking for trainer/workout partner/tips in Toronto

I?m new to the forms so HI!

I?m a 22 year old looking to start hitting the gym (again) but I?m afraid I?m kinda out of shape...
I am very motivated, but need someone to help keep me there
So I?m now looking for a trainer and/or workout partner.
Also any tips and advice on starting to work out would be amazing.
I live in Toronto and have free use of the UofT gym and fitness center but am willing to join a(your) gym?

I tried the trainer at UofT but he just put me on the standard ?bluebinder? work out like every other UofT student and didn?t help at all?

I?ve been told I?m built for muscle, now I just have to work for it?

If you are looking for a trainer that can help you build muscle, find an ISSA certified trainer. They focus more on bodybuilding than most other trainers, and are usually very good at putting together a mass building program. Shop around until you find someone you like, but I recommend getting on their website they may be able to refer a good trainer or give a list of trainers in your area. Make sure that your trainer is in tune with your goals and knows what you want to achieve.
