| Closing in on a friend So a friend ive known since high school came by yesterday. He hadn't been by the new house so i showed him my gym/garage area. In high school he use to be in swim and football so he was always fairly fit and stronger than me. he toyed around in the gym a bit but it was obvious that he had shrunk a bit an lost some strength. he still beat me by a fair bit on bench and a bit on curling weight though. eventually we got to arm wrestling. the last time we did, he beat me fairly quickly with little to no effort. this time, it actually took a good minute. our arms were straight up for a fair bit and he had to start leaning into it to for my arm down bit by bit. in the end i still lost but as catching up to him is one of my many goals, its was nice to see im catching up....mwahahahaha...     |

| Any advice on the arm wrestling? Like you my friend beat me with little to no effort. Next time, I at least want him to struggle a bit. |

| no...i cant give any lol. im not really good at it either. we dont do it often...i just worked out and...well now he struggles....go figure haha |
