| It's me again with my grainy vids Hey all, just another interruption to your usual programming to bring you a quick video update. I've managed to arrest the fat gain, and pushed it back down to 13.5 after a scary 14.2% at the last weight-in three weeks ago. But haven't lost any lean mass this time, in fact, I'm up a net 0.8kg of muscle after everything. It's not showing yet, but I reckon another month of the same gains (I changed routines last week) hopefully, will start to show. Anyway, enough yakking, time for the videos quick update of boring standing stances - sorry about the crappy audio. mute it you want to avoid the annoying hum of my computer in the back and this is me fooling around with some editing software to try and splice some music in. | Thanks for the encouragement fellas. I'm off to Sydney today for a week of hardcore prof exams - hopefully the very last ones I'll ever have to sit for. I'll get back into some serious training when I get back and hopefully have some good news (and pics/vids) to put up. Take it easy till then! Steve |
