muscular neighbours?

Hey heyyyy
Obviously can't remember the title of the story and indeed I'm not sure if I read it here... but I'm moderately sure that I did.
It's about this small and weak man who one day has new neighbours move in; a massively muscular Dad and Son. So the weaker guy goes over one day and the muscular dad and son pretty much take possession of him with the son demanding a new car and the Father making the weak guy work with his Personal trainer. There's one particular scene where the son is watching tv while the weak guy is trying to clean out the garage, when he can't lift a box the son comes along and easily lifts it. There's also another couple that come into it a bit later on in the story which involves the Dad dominating the husband and taking the wife and husbands as servants too.
