But he put it on YouTube... and has fans on several sites and he tends to relish in their compliments. I'm not saying that's a bad thing... but you can't put it in the open like that and then yell at people who take it.

It's like flashing your balls and counter-suing all those offended for having looked when they could have looked elsewhere.

It just doesn't work.

I agree with you, Abbraxis. Everyone knows that YouTube is a open tool. Nothing prevents anyone make a copy of the video. Obviously, he may require the "Youtube", remove , the video "he made". He only can't offend the other, as he did. It's not civilized.

i think people are missing the point, or have not yet looked at that amazing video.

he has shown the best growth of any1 i have ever see, and he is only 16. i would kill to have his body and determination.

hes also a good guy, its not unfair to request a video of yourself to be taken off the internet.

that new video is amazing! this kid is just exploding with muscle and by the looks of it, strong as an ox. the posing at the end is pretty great. although the video focuses on his arm training, it looks like he's working on his chest, too, which, as odd as this sounds given the size of him, has been lagging in the past.

so he's just turned 16 and weighs in at 205 pounds at, i think, about 5'-7" or so. he's a freaking muscle monster. watching him progress is just an experience of slack jawed amazement. can't wait to see more!

Wow! This kid is getting huge!

My only advice to him would be to stop cheating on the barbell curl. Have you noticed that he swings the weight up? That throws the hips into the exercise, and it's not called the barbell bicep curl for nothing. He should keep his abs tight and his back straight while he's curling. That puts as much emphasis on the biceps as possible, and works his abs in the process.

No, his arms are shaped "right". The bulk of the mass of the upper arm comes from the triceps muscle, so the size on his (or anyone's ) arm is primarily triceps. His arms are fine. He looks like he's about 5'7" to 5'8" or so, with 16" to 17" biceps. His arms look huge in proportion, plus the veins (from low body fat) and from the pumping, add to the impression.

He's obviously working hard on his physique, and he looks good.

He should lighten up on the weight with the straight bb curls and the seated alternate dumbbell rows. His form is lousy, and that's NOT going to help him add size. Strict form, with the heaviest weight possible, will help him add more size. His form on the preacher bench cable curls is much better, and probably more productive for a good pump and growth.

Impressive progress!

He is straight (again, going from his facebook profile) and I would imagine a lot of fakers would rip off his pics and pass them off as their own. In truth I guess the facebook profile I assume is his could be a fake too, but it has a lot more pictures and throughout his entire transformation to suggest it to be fake.

I doubt Lorenzo himself is actually juicing (which is a damn good thing IMO, makes it all the more impressive). And exactly how awful is awful in this case? Awful as in, "I used an online translator for this" or awful as in, "I barely remember any French from high school"?

It's not an online translator or bad high school French. It's someone who speaks French as a native language but has no idea how to write it. A lot of it is just spelled phonetically, and as a result it's riddled with mistakes. Basically, whoever wrote this is a French speaker, but a very poorly educated one.
