Zac Efron went from wimmpy pretty boy to bulked up stud, but get this People Magazine says this happened in just five days!! How?

The studio probably gave Zac here some sort of super-celeb steroid (with none of the bad side effects that normal ones have) but it worked like 25 times better than it did for Christian Bale, when he bulked up for "Batman Begins"; so that's how he got so big so damn fast, that lucky, hot, bastard.

...Ya know, looking at that after pic more...I think he would have made a great main character on the movie "Sky High" from a couple years back, instead of having that really skinny fellow that had the part.

To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if what I typed was true, but I highly doubt they actually do.

It would be typical though, for celebs to keep something that damn good for themselves...No wonder the Governator has managed to stay in such great shape!

Who knows, maybe he actually did use 'roids, because not even good muscle-buildin genetics will get you that much bigger, that fast...except in one of our stories here of course....Hmm....there's an idea...I might think more on that one...A celebrity MG story...

That would be interesting, and maybe one of the younge teenaged workers sees this happening and wants to 'try' it for himself with the idea that he could then get into the movies too.

Yes, but none of them showed him bulking up, just getting leaner. Then 5 days after a trip to the beach where he was all thin, BAM! he bulks up. @.@

eh I'm not sure. He has been getting a little bigger as his career has progressed. I'm sure he goes to the gym reguarly. A good photographer could make him appear bigger than he is with the right lighting and angle.

I know he's been working out for the better part of the last year. In fact, he may have started after the first "High School Musical" movie. He probably got mad when people called him wimpy.

Either way, that's NOT 5 days. I don't care what "People" says.

Still, he's taken to the weights pretty well, it seems. Some people have all the luck. Face, wealth, fame, women, talent (not *MY* kinda thing, but some people out there are impressed) and now a body?

well according to Star magazine Zac says he wants to get big and buff in time fror filming of the remake of Footloose. So i guess well be seeing more pics like this in the coming months of him hopefully getting bigger

i'm so surprised that a forum about muscle growth and guys growing huge and freaky has so many people that seem opposed to steroids. In my opinion Zac isn't doing any kind of steroid.... nor is there any sort of super steroid just for actors. There's no super steroid for anybody.... just steroids. What Zac does have is enough money to hire good personal trainers and nutritionists, that's it... no magic, lol.
Either way, steroids are used WAY more often than what I think people here realize... i'm surprised.

Oh we know that. It is obvious that, as an actor, he would have the money to afford all those nice things that most other people who want to get fit, cannot afford. My posts were mere fanti'sizing' about Zac, nothing more.

As for the steroids thing, I won't answer that, merely because opinions are varied. However, for myself, I say this; it's obvious steroids are used, by those who can get them, and even in small doses, it is quite obvious who uses them.

Well, 5 days, no. His hair is too different, and he looks slightly older in pic 2.

But look at the pics. He's got a chest in the first one, too. In the second one he's obviously got a pump (cf. the vein on his biceps), he's wearing something tight, shiny, and muscle-emphasising, and his arms are bent, holding a bag.

So yes, he may be slightly bigger, but it's also the situation and the shot that make the difference.

But 5 days? Funny.

Its simple really: The government obviously captured him and stuck him in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber for those five days. Now if anybody is new to this it basically means he has had five years of training in just five days. Its all so simple!

Of course! No one on this wonderful forum would EVER keep a new miracle supplement from anyone else here! But to be safe of course, that person would most definately do "scientific testing" with it on themselves, to make sure it would not cause any bad sort of bodily harm to the other fine members here.

I've got two things to say to that:

I'm sorry, but Zac Efron is just too dazzlingly gorgeous to have played the part of Will Stronghold. Not to mention his actual acting needs some work.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=#ff0000]- The character of Will Stronghold was played by Michael Angarano whom you may remember better as the son (through artificial insemination) of Jack McFarlan on the sitcom "Will & Grace". As well, despite being a Disney movie, the role called for some decent acting ability. Also, the character was meant to be played as not necessarily the heroic looking type. But with Angarano's boy-next-door adorable good looks, he was perfect for the part. And by the way, I'm a bit disappointed. I know you all have as discerning an eye for muscle as I do, and although not huge and ripped, it was plain to my eyes that Michael Angrano had some nice meat to his bones under those t-shirts.[/COLOR]

And anyone who saw it was treated to a tank top scene (and better still!) a mighty hot shirtless basketball scene for the young Zac. So, "pretty boy" indeed applies, but "skinny" doesn't. And now he's even bigger...and HOTTER !!!!!! Who knows, maybe we'll be lucky and young Mr. Efron will take a liking to the way he looks with all that muscle and decide to keep it up so he blossoms into a hunk of the highest order. Because muscle is awsome, but it's even better when there's a nice face with it.[/COLOR]

Of course it's not five days. He's been growing steadily ever since HS1, where I had to be convinced he was really a boy! He looked very hot on SNL two weeks ago, with some serious pecs showing.

He turned down the "Footloose" remake, BTW, which shows he has a brain behind those pretty eyes.
