| Some solid facts THis NPR story from about a year ago has the factual history on the discovery and naming of myostatin. It also indicates the first human trials of a myostatin blocker were begun with results due as early as this past summer. And a new protein has been identified that is much more powerful than that being tested in the first human trials.
