Attachments?

I've got a question about a particular pic I've seen in a number of places. I'd like to ask the question with the pic attached, but "may not post attachments". How do I go about changing this?

What is the picture(s) you're talking about on here? If it's from a very old thread, all attachments were gotten rid of long ago. If's a slightly newer thread, the poster probably put image tags around a link to a website, and thus the picture appeared on here.
