Smile P90X weight training system

Just wondering has anyone tried P90X weight loss system and got really ripped.Has bodybuilders even used it too? Just curious?

I think this is better suited for the "Training Section" of the forum...

... but I would like to throw in my curiosity too.

Granted, the guy who made it almost looks like a skelaton (his face is so emaciated), but I've always wanted to be ripped (I'm kinda skinny now) and thought it might be a good system to achieve that.

I think if your goal is building muscle then P90X is NOT the right program. At its core it is a high-intensity cardio program designed to jump-start metabolismfor rapid weight loss and achieve overall toning and conditioning. As Abbraxis pointed out, looking at Tony Horton you can see that he's lean and defined but not all that big. I would doubt any bodybuilders would even consider the program since its not a mass-building program and some of the routines are going to prove more difficult for the muscular than for the merely flabby. So I guess it depends on what you goal is.
