| hot pics. big stu's probably used to being the big dog whenever he steps on stage in great britain, but that gorilla Zack sure gives him a run for his money, especially in the arms, pecs, and shoulders (although gotta give it to stu on traps...his are just unstoppable)! so much sweat, oil, and muscle test flowing on that stage. would love to see them wrestle it out. something tells me alpha dog zack would be straddling and flexing over stu (and loving it). thanks bro. |

| here is Darren Ball in 2009, his deadlift form is very bad and if not for fact he is so roided up he'd have low back injuries, he's got no arch in low back, see how his back is rounded, needs to keep it tight and flat with slight arch towards tale. also, good posing towards end of vid |
