I've been with him before. Those are not the same nipples he used to have (his had been pierced, pumped, and were gross and deformed) They are still huge, but look different. And his pecs look square in this movie and all of his photos now.

The pecs have a suspicuously hard and defined edge all around the bottom up the sides, just like when a woman has had breast implants that are a bit too large for her frame. The implants really jut out from the rib cage, and the skin flows around them on all sides. This is unlike male pectoral muscle, which would normally NOT be shaped like that, unless his body fat was really low, in which case the pecs would not have the fullness his display.

Secondly, he never took off the shirt, which covers his upper chest (where a line of bulge would be visible (like breast implants) and you can't see his armpits, which is where the implant scars will be.

I think it's a combination of injections, implants, and actual muscle...

he looked pretty good before he got all FREAKY huge.
I mean, it's one thing in cartoons and in stories, but.... in real life? not quite so much :/

Indeed. If the nips weren't so big and if those pecs were pure muscle (like Topheavy's), then they would be super hot. But also, the way those things stick out like the man-boobs they are, almost makes him seem like one of the guys from the old Milkman stories, if anyone still remembers those.

If you look at the last 2 pics on his bigmuscle profile, in 1 he looks big but does NOT have the pec mass he's showing now...and they don't move! Definitely a vote in the implant column from me.

I'm a big fan of nips, but.... it's kind of like wanting the 'perfect man'

Maybe he has posted more recent pics on his Big Muscle account but based on what's there now I don't see how anyone can say they look natural or "few would question". It looks like he shoved a Tupperware sandwich-holder under each pec and he's keeping his lunch warm. The space between the two pecs is a little canyon formed of completely straight lines. When the camera is looking up at him from below his pecs you can see how completely flat the inner edges of those pecs are.
