Holiday mass workouts--question

Holiday time is definitely the time of lots of good food, its also the best time to up the intensity of your workouts to match that increase in caloric intake.

During this holiday I am focusing on the big three deadlifts, bench, and heavy squats with super-slow form.

Just curious how do you update your winter holiday workout?

I just started Dave Draper's Iron On-line 5x5 routine, and re-started cardio. The workouts are pretty intense. Hell of a time to start this, huh?

I'm just going to keep on keepin' on with my workouts. I plan to work out tomorrow afternoon or early evening, and Christmas morning. Christmas morning's workout will be cardio, so instead of driving all the way to the gym to use a treadmill or bike, I may take a walk/hike around my area. Maybe even try to jog a bit.

Try to keep the eating and drinking in check. You can easily out-eat your workouts.

I'd planned on it until the weather here started to get bad during the past couple weeks and/or my work scheduale prevented me from being able to make it there afterwards.
