Time Off Question

I've taken the past couple weeks off going to the gym. I had just broken 40# dumbbell curls shortly before that and had gotten up to 18.5" bi's right around the same time. Just for the hell of it I measured again last night before going to bed and if I did it right, I came up with at least 18.75" or so even though what little "weight lifting" I've done has been associated with moving boxes at work, moving heavier stuff around home, and what little shopping I did for Christmas. Does this have something to do with just getting a chance rest for a couple weeks, having gained back some fat (I'm no light weight), could my memory be off on where I left off, or maybe a mix of things

Probably a mix of things, some muscle memory, some results from resting, and maybe some holiday weight gain. Get back in the gym and give it few months for significant results. Good luck to you--get back in the gym!

Will do tomorrow night! I've been itching to get back in, but between bad weather, holiday related work schedule, and later just plain laziness.....that hasn't worked well

Been back in the gym last couple nights, now sore as hell since I didn't ease myself into it like I probably should have I actually managed to loose a few pounds too, haven't figured out if that was muscle, fat, or a little of both
