| small gains I posted some pics of myself a long while ago. and i decided to be brave today and post some pics of my standing today. | So I've been lucky enough to get a job at a gym. So I have been able to workout for free as much as I want. I'm not the huge muscle bound guy I want to be yet, but I've started to see some changes. My stomach is flatter and my muscle are a bit bigger.
