How long to keep.

How long do y'all keep your routine for before changing it up?

The simplest answer is if a routine is still accomplishing what you want then continue with it, you can always change it up a bit, add more intensity, more weight etc. Once it stops working then its time for a change.

If you are going for mass make sure to make the big 3 -squats, bench press, and deadlifts the focus of your workouts--especially squats.

Only one I don't do is bench presses, I use dumbbells cause of safety reasons. Plus my shoulder is a bitch, dislocated it playing football in HS. Tmrw is leg day so I will be sure to kill squats.

Yea, I've been doing that with excelent results, if I'm doing anything shoulder related, I've taken some IBprofin a couple hours before hitting the gym, it seems to make things a little easier on me.

Ya. Squats are great but my right knee gets a bit testy. I started taking glucosomine/condrotin to hopefully help.

Maybe a clicking sound. Not much pain, well sore while I do it and it does not hurt when I am done.
