Quotes

One of my favorite quotes I have posted up on my door, so I read it before I hit the gym:

From either Chapterhouse: Dune or Heretics of Dune, both by Frank Herbert - I can't remember which exactly, I think it's Heretics:

"The body reinforces the mind."

Applicable on a great many levels.

I also believe that it's Heretics. *has to go reread both to make sure*

It also sounds like Rene Descartes talking about the mind/body distinction

Here's one for you.

"Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right."
