Not working out?

Well let me just say, I am an avid runner.
I run everyday, and am heavily involved in it.
Which brings me to my point... I noticed today
that when I attempted to put my legs together,
I couldn't get my feet together. It wasn't my quads,
but rather my calves that were pushing up against
eachother. I don't like working out anymore, and I
have also seen more definition in my arms. Anybody
else have this sensation? It may just be a testosterone
increase because of working muscles (I have no idea:
I was terrible at Biology). Its weird and I inspired and
loving it!

Probably just a testosterone spike, and all the running is probably responsible for more vascularity in your arms which would account for the definition. So, you don't like working out anymore? Then don't worry..if all you do is running then your muscles won't get and bigger.....you'll get leaner, like a Lance Armstrong type.....
