| Oh I like this, it's definitely new and makes sense. Usually muscle growth and science/biology = someone drinking stuff and growing larger because they have a testosterone overload. However, I thought Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy is where someone looks like they're muscular to SOME degree (they rarely hulk out), but they don't get the strength that should come with it. In other words, it's like hollow muscles. <.<; |
