Iphone Apps

I have been seeing these 2 youngish guys with their Iphones/Itouches in the workout areas.
They have the results to prove their training works or they simply have good genetics, not sure.
I spoke with one guy and he uses The Men's Health Workouts.
They both have theirs on armbands, but I find the units to be too cumbersome.

I was wondering if anyone has had success using any "fitness" applications?
Which ones and why?

Or are you considering using one?
I still remember the days of notebooks in the gym, but haven't seen that in a year or 2.

Thumbs up

i got my iTouch theres a good one i found i cant remember what it cost me, its pretty nice, its a protein/calorie/fat counter. its called the "Muscle Gainer -Protein tracker" its real nice, you put info in about yourself, workouts, goals and you put in the food you ate, supplements, drinks ect. and it tells you if youve consumed enough to grow or maintain. its real nice and it works pretty damn good. i use it to see how much more i need to eat to gain, mainly im awful when it comes to doing maths so it really helps me

as far as work outs go i still like using a good old fashoned notebook and pen

I use a clipboard. I don't know if that's cooler than a notebook or not
