Beginner

Hey guys im kinda new to the whole workout thing so was wondering any helpful advice on diet?

Ive got my self i decent workout routine but now i just need to know what to eat and what to avoid.

Im trying to bulk up coz right now im a bit on the skinny side but also I wanna get a flat stomach because its a bit podgey right now.

Im sure u guys can help and im gratefull for any advice
